Supplier workspace — review first orders, manage customers, and control how you appear in customer search.
Sales reps who sign in on the storefront and place orders for their clients. Seed a rep — they choose their own password on first sign-in. Approval controls whether they can sign in.
Customer sign-in accounts (email or cellphone). New accounts start Unconfirmed — they can shop and order immediately while the store reviews them. Approving links the matching ERP customer shown under "claims"; orders from unconfirmed accounts are flagged for review. Suspended and rejected accounts cannot sign in; order history is preserved.
Connect your own domain — for example shop.yourcompany.com — so customers reach your storefront at your address.
Create a sign-in link for one device. Staff links carry company authority; customer links carry none.
